A Way to Help Alabama Immigrants

Despite the recent victories in federal court, noncitizens in Alabama are facing a new, unprecedented, level of hostility and discrimination. If you’re willing to help those affected by the new law, please read and fill-out the attached questionnaire. You don’t have to necessarily be in Alabama to help these people, however, please indicate that on the form.

ASISTA will provide training, mentoring and systems advocacy as necessary for immigrant crime survivor cases arising out of your work, so let us know if you’re volunteering and need support.

You can fill out the form online at www.splcenter.org/volunteerAL.
